Jackie is from Houston, Texas with a deep passion for medicine. She has explored the patient care setting by shadowing healthcare professionals, becoming certified as a patient care technician, and phlebotomist.

Jackie is currently exploring the science aspect by helping hands-on in the Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Lab. She is really eager to explore more of the intersection of research and clinical practice.
