About
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Suheyla joined the MBL lab in January of 2023 with a deep interest in understanding the wear and tear of cartilage in understanding the development of osteoarthritis. Prior to MBL, she studied the use of hydrogels in quantifying blood calcium levels at the Sia Lab.
Outside of the lab, she enjoys pursuing robotics projects, gardening, and painting.
